Being a huge fan of the show Seinfeld, I went to this show primarily to see a living legend and I really wasn't expecting much from his stand up. People always told me that his stand up act wasn't as good as the show, so I went in with more than a little skepticism. This guy turned out to be hilarious!! Absolutely one of the best comedians I've seen in person or on TV. I went to see Chappelle a couple of months earlier at the same venue. While both guys were brilliant, I'd give the edge to Seinfeld, which really surprised me. The set was like a hybrid of Seinfeld's older comedy specials with a little George Carlin sprinkled in. The show was family friendly, but the introduction of a little cynicism has taken his comedy to another level. Keep in mind, he only had one comedian that opened for him so get to your seats on time.
The Township is one of the best entertainment venues I've been too hands down. Yeah, the restrooms and the concession lines could definitely improve, but the actual facility where you see the acts is a spectacle in and of itself. It is large, but it's hard to find a bad seat. Highly recommend catching a show at this facility. Much, much better experience than at Colonial Life Arena.
